It’s great to see the profession advocating for the profession.
Come on NSW support your NURSES.Nurses are under constant pressure to deliver care .Support NURSES because they are there 24\7
What on earth would we do without nurses - decent wages and conditions are only right - give them a fair go
is there any way we could get free or subsidized health care and a lower pay rise
Our nurses are what keeps our health system going, they deserve better conditions and greater pay rates
Fair conditions ,Fair pay Nurses Stay. The slogan says it all.Nurses want to stay in NURSING but NURSES also have families to support and mortgages to PAY.NSW people the time to show your support for your NURSES is NOW.
So much work shouldn’t be done by so few. Nurses do a great job and need to feel that they are supported by the community and by the NSW government.
It is ludicrous that the people who have such a vital role should be pushed to the limit and paid such a nominal amount. It’s time to pay them what thy are worth and provide conditions the rest of us demand.
Nurses put up with far worse pay rates and working conditions than they should. It’s way past time for the NSW Government to arrest this.
I have been a nurse for 22 years, I am satisfied with the pay but the stress and the beaurocratic rubbish we have to put up with in the effort to do our daily tasks is not sustainable…. there is NO support from my managers, nothing is ever easy… all requests have to go before a board or further managers and there is never an answer. contracts are precarious and i never feel safe and secure….. but I live my job and my ability to make someone feel better and safe.. I am not asking for more pay… but I do ask for job security and support.
