I am an ASSISTANT IN NURSING working in an AGED CARE facility. We fully support the PUBLIC SYSTEM campaign. It is high time NURSES were paid a decent wage.We have a very important job and a great deal of responsibility.Let us see the pay and conditions reflect this.Come on NSW SUPPORT the NURSES who look after YOU.
I support Australian nurses.
It is common sense, we need to attract/keep nurses and to do this they need to be paid a fair amount.
I fully support these gifted, hard working and commited professionals. Encourage nurses to continue their special jobs by rewading them with better remuneration and working conditions. If anyone deserves it, they do!
Nurses do a million things in a shift which includes patient care, paper work/documentation, sparing some time for patients’ relatives and their queries, medication rounds- the list goes on!! however it doesnt seem to be worth anything when pay day rolls around… how ridiculous. we deserve more pay.
You asked us to vote for this government with your scare campaign. Your now reaping what you sow. I feel sorry for the actual nurses caught up in it, next have more of a think about the consequences of your actions.
You guys are underappreciated, overworked and deserve a HUG pay increase.
Nurses are such hardworking, dedicated people who work in one of the most stressful jobs.
They deserve better pay and conditions.
Nurses do an amazing job, yet are under paid and over worked. Give nurses a fair go.
